I guess this is supposed to be an introductory post.. Why desert-island? Way back when I started out playing games and such on the internet (MUDs, anyone know them?) I had to pick a nickname, and settled on "castaway", from "Message in a bottle" by Sting, looking up the lyrics of which, I will leave as an exercise for the reader.
